We can’t promise any specific results in terms of admissions or scholarships. We don’t control the outcome (unfortunately!!).

We have an incredibly strong track record – a 99.1% success-rate with those who follow our entire process – but your outcomes will depend on you. What we do promise is that if you do the work, you’ll know you’re submitting applications that reflect the best of who you are in the most inspiring light.

If you do everything we recommend, including applying to at least two safer schools as calibrated by MBAmo based on your actual statistics, we’ll set you up for success next year with a reapplication strategy call and free access to the program next year.

The resources, coaching support, and application guidance in our MBA Catalyst Program can be applied to a wide variety of application situations. The program is currently available to applicants applying to MBA programs with deadlines between August 2024 and January 2025 (Round 1 or Round 2 of the 2024-25 application season). The program will also be open to deferred MBA applicants applying in Round 3 of the 2024-25 season (with March or April 2025 deadlines). If you’re applying in the current application season to full-time, part-time, deferred, dual-degree, executive or online MBA programs, this program is for you.

While the Forte MBA Launch Program provides a community and collected information and perspectives on the process from a variety of experts, the MBA Catalyst Program offers a unified process and direct coaching from expert MBA coaches throughout. This program isn't just information, we're actually engaging with your materials to help you make them as strong as they can be.

Applying to business school is a lot of work! Sometimes, it can feel like a full-time job (on top of your actual full-time job). But we’ve done everything we can in the Catalyst Program to help lighten the heavy lifting, save you time, and improve your efficiency wherever possible. 

We’re not here to do the work for you – that’s never been our style. We’re here to make sure that you have every resource you need, exactly when you need it, so you can put together your best possible application. And believe us, all that hard work will be worth it in the end!

Not a problem! While we love seeing you there live, we record every huddle – including Office Hours, Straterdays, and Donedays – so you can watch them on your own time. You’ll be invited to submit questions in advance each week, so if you have a question and can’t attend, submit your question and watch the answer in our recording!

In the Catalyst Program, you have the massive benefit (seriously, massive) of engaging with the entire Career Protocol team. Founder Angela Guido leads the program, and you’ll see her around our virtual campus for feedback and guidance. You’ll also have the opportunity to receive feedback and course support from Dr. Sarah Mason, who heads up Student Success at Career Protocol, and other veteran coaches on the CP team. We’re big into collaboration here, and we all have our hobby horses, and as a Catalyst you get to learn from us all! 

Then we’re here for ya!! MBA Catalysts can purchase Power Hours to work 1:1 with a Career Protocol coach at any stage of the process. We make this a la carte 1:1 time available exclusively to our MBA Catalsysts.

No problem! If you fall in love with our process and want your very own dedicated coach with you every step of the way, you can upgrade to a Guided Quest project and just pay the difference between your Catalyst Program registration fee and the Guided Quest of your choice.

If you are a deferred MBA applicant applying on a Round 3 timeline, you will have access through July 1, 2025. If you join our Round 1 or 2 Catalyst cohort, you will have access to the materials through May 1, 2026.

If you need a little extra help staying on track and the thought of a self-paced program sends you running for the hills, our Catalyst Program might not be the best fit.
