MIT Sloan, Dartmouth Tuck, Duke Fuqua, UVA Darden, Cornell Johnson, Carnegie Mellon Tepper, UT McCombs, UNC Kenan-Flagler, Indiana Kelley, Emory Goizueta, Minnesota Carlson. A gap means the school did not print the name for those classes, which is not proof it never hires there: some schools publish only companies that hired several graduates, and a few publish a hand-picked selection. The school pages say how each list was built.

Its H-1B record: moderate sponsor. USCIS approved 157 new H-1B petitions for it in fiscal year 2025 and 383 across fiscal years 2024 to 2026 (2026 partial). The record covers all of the company's approved new petitions, not MBA hires alone.

How do I get to ServiceNow from a school that doesn't list it?

Most hiring at firms like this comes through networking rather than on-campus recruiting, and the schools that do list it are where that network is densest. Build your school list around the programs that name your target employers, and say so in your applications. The report's How to choose schools section explains how.
