How the list was built. 2025 is a full-time-only list from Foster’s own employment report. 2023 and 2024 come from Foster’s employer page, captured at two different times. Every company on the 2024 list is also on the 2023 list.
What it shows. 36 of the 76 recruit at ten or more of the 26 schools, so they are reachable from almost anywhere. 21 appear on no other school's list: that is Foster's own network. 58 (76%) have sponsored at least one new H-1B in fiscal years 2024 to 2026, and 15 are Anchor sponsors with 600 or more approvals. The biggest sectors on the list are Consulting (19), Technology (19), Manufacturing (6), Consumer Products (5) and Retail (4).
